  2. Provide details about why you are requesting a refund
  3. Include your invoice number and payment details

  5. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered
  • Services cancelled after 7 days of initial payment
  • Custom development work that has been substantially completed
  • Services where the client has breached the service agreement

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially completed, we may issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Total Payment × (100% - Percentage of Work Completed)

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

7. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved and processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may submit a formal dispute within 30 days of the decision. Please provide detailed documentation supporting your claim. Our management team will review the dispute and respond within 10 business days.
